Treatment Philosophy (I believe):

I believe that each patient is an individual and should be treated as such; the treatment that works for one person may not necessarily work for another person with the same or a similar condition. I also believe in the importance of listening to patients and their history of what brought them to me so that we can develop the most appropriate and effective plan of care. I like to develop my treatment plans with my patients rather than for my patients to help them be as successful as they can be in reaching their treatment goals.

Special Interests (what part of practice do you enjoy the most?):

Although it sounds cliche, the part of practice that I enjoy most is helping people. I truly enjoy getting to see how the education and interventions I provide are able to positively impact another’s life and allow them to regain functionality and improve their quality of life.

Professional Journey (How did you get here?):

I always knew that I wanted to be in the medical field ever since I was a child. I started out as a licensed nursing assistant which I obtained my senior year in high school. I then went on to obtain my bachelor’s degree in nursing. My long-term goal had always been to become a nurse practitioner, so after 6 years of practicing as an RN, I went back to school to earn my MSNAPRN degree. Before joining Granite State Pain Associates, I worked as a family nurse practitioner at a primary care office.

When I’m not treating my patients, I enjoy:

Spending time with my family and friends, kayaking, golfing, and reading.
