Treatment Philosophy:
“Chronic pain is a complicated problem that can be difficult to cure entirely, but in appropriately motivated individuals can be managed with minimal negative effect on one’s life. The most effective way to manage chronic pain is through a multi modal approach including interventional procedures, physical and cognitive therapies, and medications with the focus on improving function. Opioid medications should to be used sparingly and rationally, and with specific consideration for each patient. Advances in medicine have provided us with safer alternatives which can minimize inherent risk from long term use of medications.”
Special Interests:
Special interest in interventional management of spine pain. spinal cord stimulation and other advancing technologies in neuromodulation.

When I’m not treating my patients, I enjoy:
Spending time outdoors with my wife and our golden retriever, tenpin bowling and home brewing.
